Nothing is more important to us than the health, safety and respect of our community. With the ever evolving current COVID-19 situation, here is how our business decisions have been adapted:
- Our head office has temporarily closed in Ecuador. New orders to Canada have been paused until further notice.
- Our website remains open for sale items only but not for regular collection orders.
- We will still be available online 24/7 and on our social channels.

Transit to the United States and most of the world has been closed, until further notice.
I just placed an online order in Canada, will my shipment be delayed?
Due to the current circumstances, you may experience delays in receiving your order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Kindly note, there may also be delays beyond our control from our shipping partners.
- Standard Shipping can take up to 10 more business days.
- Express Shipping can take up to 8 more business days.
